These Terms & Conditions govern your use of z222. Please read them carefully before registering an account or placing any wager on our platform.
Every section of these Terms is written in clear, readable English. We use defined terms consistently and avoid unnecessary legal jargon so you understand exactly what you are agreeing to before you deposit.
Wagering requirements, eligible games, maximum bet limits while a bonus is active, and expiry windows are all stated explicitly. There are no hidden conditions on any promotional offer published by z222.
Processing times, verification requirements, minimum and maximum withdrawal thresholds, and any applicable fees are documented in Section 7. We process verified withdrawals promptly and communicate any delay.

By accessing the Platform, registering an account, making a deposit, placing a wager or otherwise using any part of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with any additional documents incorporated by reference herein, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gambling Policy and any applicable promotional terms.

Any Player found to be underage will have their Account immediately suspended, all pending withdrawals cancelled and any winnings forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. Deposits made by underage Players will be returned to the original payment source where technically feasible.
You represent and warrant that you are not a resident of, or physically located in, any Restricted Jurisdiction at the time of registration or when placing any wager. z222 does not accept Players from jurisdictions where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by law. Each Player is permitted to hold only one registered Account. Opening duplicate or multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all balances.
You must provide accurate, truthful and current information at the time of registration and must promptly update your Account details if any information changes. Providing false, misleading or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
To access real-money Services, you must complete the registration process by providing the required personal information, creating a unique username and password, and confirming your acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your password with any third party. Any activity occurring under your Account credentials is deemed to have been authorised by you unless you have notified z222 of unauthorised access. z222 supports a range of payment methods made available on the Platform from time to time. Payment references familiar to Pakistani users — such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — may appear in informational context on the Platform. None of these providers endorse, support or affiliate with z222 or any gambling operation. The availability of any specific payment method is subject to change without prior notice.
Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed within your Account dashboard at the time of transaction. Deposits are generally credited to your Balance within the timeframe specified for the selected payment method. z222 does not charge fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
The Platform operates in the account currency selected at registration. Where amounts are displayed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR / Rs) for contextual guidance, the actual settled currency of your Account governs all transactions. Currency conversion rates, where applicable, are set by z222 or its payment processing partners and may include a conversion margin.
You may only deposit funds that you personally own. Depositing funds on behalf of another person or using payment methods that do not belong to you is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate Account suspension.
Withdrawals are available to Players who have completed KYC verification to the satisfaction of z222's compliance team. Withdrawal requests submitted before KYC completion will be placed on hold pending receipt and review of required documentation.

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits per transaction, per day and per calendar month are displayed within your Account dashboard. These limits may be adjusted for verified VIP account holders at z222's discretion.
Withdrawals will generally be processed back to the same payment method used to make the most recent qualifying deposit, subject to the limits and capabilities of that method. z222 reserves the right to request additional verification where the withdrawal destination differs from the deposit source.
All bonuses and promotional offers made available on the Platform are subject to individual promotional terms published alongside each offer, and to these general bonus terms. In the event of conflict between a specific promotional page and these Terms, the specific promotional terms prevail for that offer only.
Unless explicitly stated otherwise in an individual promotion's terms, Bonus Funds are subject to a wagering requirement before they or any winnings derived from them may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiple, eligible game categories and contribution percentages per game type are specified in each promotion's terms.
While Bonus Funds remain in your Account, the maximum permitted bet per round or per sporting event outcome is PKR 2,000 (or the equivalent in your account currency) unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of winnings and removal of the bonus.
Bonus Funds that have not been wagered within the timeframe stated in the applicable promotion will expire automatically. z222 is not obligated to provide advance notice of individual bonus expiry beyond the expiry date stated at the time the bonus was awarded.
z222 reserves the right to withhold, void or reclaim any bonus, free bet or promotional award where there is reasonable evidence that a Player has exploited, abused or attempted to circumvent the terms of any promotion, including through coordinated bonus-hunting strategies, the use of multiple accounts or the manipulation of game results.
z222 offers casino games (including slots, table games and live dealer products) and sports betting markets (including cricket — PSL T20, ICC tournaments — football, UFC, tennis and esports). The availability of specific games and markets may vary by jurisdiction and may be altered, suspended or withdrawn at any time without prior notice.
In the event of a technical fault, game malfunction, or communication error during a game round or bet placement, z222 reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the Player's Balance. Winnings generated during a confirmed malfunction are not payable. The decision of z222 regarding malfunctions is final.
All sports bets are subject to acceptance by z222's risk management systems. z222 reserves the right to refuse, limit or void any bet placed on any market at its sole discretion, including in response to suspicious betting patterns, market integrity concerns or odds errors.
Where a bet has been accepted at clearly erroneous odds — whether caused by a human error, data feed error or system fault — z222 reserves the right to void the bet or settle it at the correct odds. Players will be notified of any such amendment.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from the Platform without z222's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z222 and its directors, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform or Services, including but not limited to:
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits z222's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by z222's negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
z222 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any Account at any time and without prior notice where z222 reasonably suspects a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, money laundering, underage gambling, or any other conduct detrimental to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.
You may request closure of your Account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Upon Account closure, any real-money Balance remaining after the settlement of open bets and the fulfilment of all applicable withdrawal conditions will be returned to you via your last verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
Upon Account termination — whether by you or by z222 — any Bonus Funds and associated pending bonus wagering activity will be voided. Real-money Balance will be handled in accordance with clause 13.2 above. Clauses relating to intellectual property, limitation of liability, dispute resolution and governing law survive termination of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z222 is incorporated and licensed to operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or the Services, you agree to first contact z222's support team at [email protected] to seek an informal resolution. z222 will make reasonable efforts to resolve any complaint within 14 business days of receipt.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within a reasonable time, either party may escalate the matter through the formal dispute resolution mechanism specified by z222's licensing authority. Details of the applicable escalation procedure will be provided upon request.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted on an individual basis only and not as part of a class, consolidated or representative action.
z222 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — meaning they substantively affect your rights or obligations — z222 will notify registered Players via the email address on file no fewer than 7 days before the revised Terms take effect.
Non-material amendments (such as typographic corrections, formatting improvements or clarifications that do not alter the substance of any clause) may take effect immediately upon publication. The current version of these Terms is always accessible at z222.cam/terms-conditions.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request Account closure as described in Section 13.
